Jean-Claude Cornillot, born in Lille, was awarded a Diploma of Architecture after five years at the Post-Graduate School of Architecture.

He has been practising golf for 30 years (handicap seven). In 1985, he has been on the list of specialized architects of the French Golf Federation and he realizes feasibility studies for a great number of golf courses.

From 1985 to 1988, Jean-Claude Cornillot formed a partnership with Paul Rolin, golf architect, Trent Jones' former collaborator, who has completed a lot of courses in Europe.

Up to now Jean-Claude Cornillot has designed and ensured the implementation of numerous golf courses well known in France, as Arras Golf Course (Women French Open) or Hardelot.

As architect, he is able to design master plans with housing estate (Bussy St Georges and Hardelot.)
