Head designer for Tilander Golf Design is Lassi Pekka Tilander, who has more than 35 years of experience within golf. Lassi Pekka is a former National Team member for Finland and a PGA member as a teaching professional since 1991. That's understanding the essence of the game at all its levels.

In his other professional career, Lassi Pekka has been constantly working with all things visual. He has over 20 years of experience as graphic designer in an advertisement agency. The first golf course design project was the completion of the fourth 9-hole loop for Golf Talma, Finland in the year 2000. Today there are 11 golf courses ready or under construction in three European countries. Among them is one European Tour Courses chain course - Estonian Golf & Country Club near city of Tallinn. Tilander took a Professional Diploma Course in Edinburgh Scotland 2003-2005.
