The company provides a turn-key solution to irrigation requirements, including PI insurance backed in-house design, through to post installation servicing and maintenance packages and works on projects from the smallest of tee extensions through to multi row fairway systems.
Being an EIGCA partner demonstrates Irrigation Control’s commitment to enhancing golf course design and a dedication to furthering best practice, innovation and quality.
Irrigation Control already collaborates with members and partners, including on the Whittington Heath Golf Club, a Jonathan Gaunt MEIGCA project, where they also worked alongside fellow EIGCA Bronze Partner John Greasley Limited to install a full irrigation system from Gold Partner Rain Bird to the existing course, a full green to tee system for five newly constructed holes along with 250,000 metres of drip irrigation, installed sub surface, to provide effective irrigation to the mitigation areas (Heather and Acid Grasses) of the course.
Their headquarters in Warrington includes a 1,000m2 warehouse facility stocked with enough equipment from fellow EIGCA Partners Hunter, Rain Bird and Toro to irrigate a full golf course, plus a fully equipped plant and machinery workshop, test bay and offices. This along with one of the largest golf course friendly mole plough and trenching machine fleets in Europe, combined with a vast array of ancillary plant and equipment all operated by directly employed experienced and qualified staff, ensures that the company is well equipped to undertake projects anywhere in Europe.
