STERF Annual Yearbook 2012

STERF (Scandinavian Turfgrass and Environment Research Foundation) has just published its Yearbook. Read all about important events, new and finished research projects and get updated on ongoing project through extensive summaries and status reports.

Sterf Yearbook

In 2012 STERF had 19 ongoing projects related to integrated pest management, sustainable use of natural resources, winter stress management, and multifunctional use of golf facilities, all of them presented in the yearbook.

Other important STERF activities were: the new Nordic Turfgrass Guide and variety lists, the red fescue workshop held in Copenhagen, external evaluation of completed projects, collaboration between Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation and STERF was set up, STERF ´s industrial scientific partner programme was established, and the third European Turfgrass Conference was held in Kristiansand.
