The Open Championship 2010: The Official Story

By The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St.Andrews. Published by Arum Press, 2010. The 2010 Open Championship returned to St Andrews, the home of golf, and, as always, saw the best players in the world gather together to pit their wits against a great links course.

The Open Championship 2010

Stewart Cink was something of a surprise winner in 2009 at Turnberry, holding off the challenge of one of the veterans of the tour, Tom Watson, with the match being decided over 4 extra holes. Englishmen Chris Woods and Lee Westwood finished a shot off the lead in joint 3rd. The return to St Andrews made this a memorable Open. This book, produced by the R & A, provides the official record of the tournament and contains photos by some of the world's best sports photographers, articles by leading journalists from and exclusive interviews with the top players giving their opinions on this year's tournament. It will provide a superb souvenir for the millions of people who watched The Open on TV around the globe.
